Kitchen Bytes: BLT Pasta Salad

BLT Pasta Salad Recipe


1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper
2 Tbsp water
1 pound of short pasta, cooked and drained
3 large tomatoes, sliced
3 cups romaine lettuce, sliced
½ pound thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped


1. Add reduced-fat mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water to a bowl. Whisk until it is well-mixed and set aside.

2. Add pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon and mayonnaise-based dressing to one large bowl. Toss until all the ingredients are coated with the dressing.
